|Recommended: YesLovely area. Had a tour few days ago from a great staff. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place
|Recommended: YesIts not the worst but could be better — For my first apartment, it's not that bad. Fortunately me and my roommates were able to get corner apartment facing south which gave us views of Downtown and Lake Washington. They are nicely kept rooms as well, I think some of the downsides is there's only one elevator and its really old, it is a 15-20 minute walk to campus, and its on a busy street so you can hear all the street noise even freeway . I will probably be releasing but that's only because I love my bedrooms view and I don't want to give it up just yet.
|Recommended: YesGreat — It is a good place to live, however, someone will have a party past 10 PM.
response from property -Thank you for the kind words!
|Recommended: YesPretty good if a little pricey — Clean and quirky, like any good college apartment
Thank you so much for the kind words!
|Recommended: YesVery cute, affordable and comfortable apartment — First couple days have been great. The parking garage is very snug but been good so far.

|Recommended: YesNot too bad — Parking had a lot of availability, spots can be kind of awkward and tricky. We lived on the third floor so we had neighbors above that we could hear VERY clearly. Daily footsteps stomping, hear clear conversations, kind of got used to it. Cleanliness of the community was good, except when staff wasn't there on weekends then the dumpsters seemed pillaged stuff left on the ground, not their fault though . The construction quality was OK, the elevator broke down a few times during our lease, some of our appliances seemed to be falling apart needing an upgrade, like I said sound insulation wasn't great, heaters in each room was nice, layout was nice. Maintenance people fixed problems when reported. Property staff were pleasant. Overall, the experience was quite decent for being a U District apartment
Thank you so much for the kind words!
|Recommended: YesI like this apartment. It's affordable, and flexible with college students — Don't be afraid to communicate with staff, they may be the solution to your problems.
|Recommended: YesModern Apartments — Every apartment is relatively new, with quality appliances and a modern feel.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment, and good service — I was worried at first that I'd hear everything from the street when I first moved in, but it's surprisingly quiet outside of any construction work that goes on nearby . The apartments are very nice and clean and the maintenance staff are always on top of stuff Compared to previous apartment experiences in Seattle, I would definitely recommend this apartment.
|Recommended: YesGreat First Time Apartment — For a student who is on a fixed budget finding an apartment that I would be able to afford and that was also comfortable was very important to me. Campus View provided a fantastic place to start living on my own. While there are several issues with construction and maintenance, our doors constantly jammed shut and we had a mold problem that we had to keep on top of, I never felt unsafe or unvalued as a resident of Campus View.
